We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2025, at the age of 94, Lawrence D. Wolfe of Humboldt, Nebraska, born in Shubert, Nebraska passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lawrence D. Wolfe to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edgar Jr. and Leta Wolfe (Cook); and his brothers, Ronald Wolfe (Joyce) and Charles Wolfe. He is survived by: his children, Michael Wolfe of Humboldt, NE, Randy Wolfe (Kelly) of Summerset, SD and Lora Earl (David) of Greenwood, NE; his grandchildren, Cassandra Stahl (Jake) of Auburn, NE, Bradley Willey of Pawnee City, NE, Melissa Vap of Ponca City, OK and Patrick Wolfe (Sara) of Kyle, TX; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon "Kay" Dettmann and Nadine Byrom of Colorado. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Wherry Mortuary (207 Nemaha St, Humboldt, NE 68376). The inurnment will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Prairie Union Cemetery (64571 719 Rd, Stella, NE 68437).
Memorial contributions may be given to the Southeast Nebraska Cancer Garden.
