He is survived by: his children, Kim, Kurt, Kay and Kent; his family, Kim Harte-Overholser, Kurt Harte (Kristi), Kenzie Harte of Omaha, NE, Kay Harte of Valentine, NE, Bryan Rodocker of Halsey, NE and Kent Harte (Lisa) of O'Neill, NE; his brother Tom Harte; his nephew Bobby (Tasha Harte); his sister Donna (Jack McGinn); his nephew Mike McGinn (family: Danny McGinn, Traci McGinn); Cody Overholser of Palmer Lake, CO, Charlie Harte (Kate), Matthew, Joseph, Alex (Lydia), Octavia and Ophelia. He is also survived by his four children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Biglin's Mortuary (111 N 3rd St, O'Neill, NE 68763). A wake will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (330 E Benton St, O'Neill, NE 68763). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the O'Neill Cemetery (292-300 Liberty Ave, O'Neill, NE 68763).
