Jana touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Jana departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jana. Though Jana may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Bentley and Dorothy Bentley (Slaughter); her parents-in-law, John and LoDema Ivey; and her sisters-in-law, Marvel (Scott Borden) and LaNoma Ivey (Doris Gregg).
She is survived by: her husband Jon Ivey of Johnson Lake; her brother-in-law Ron Ivey (Carol) of Oxford; her cousins, Richard Gregg (Maria) of Kearney and Jamie Armstrong (Steve) of Lincoln; and her aunt Sara Slaughter of Arab Alabama.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 2 Johnson Lake Drive 18, Elwood, NE 68937.
