Gerald David Hemberger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2025, Gerald David Hemberger of Juniata, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hemberger and Marie Hemberger (Parr); his siblings, Getrude Kober (Richard), Albert Jr. Hemberger (Madeline), Phyllis Buckley (James) and Clyde Hemberger (Janice); and his in-laws, John and Shirley Spencer.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Hemberger (Spencer); his daughters, Amy Wyman (Scott) and Jennifer Goetz (Andrew); his grandchildren, Landon Wyman, Ella Wyman, Aurora Wyman, Kaylin Goetz and Jack Goetz; his sister Virginia Peters (Kenneth); his siblings-in-law, Beckie Potts and John Spencer (Beckie); and his pet Beau. He is also survived by Many Nieces & Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A rosary will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Assumption Catholic Church (12630 W Assumption Rd, Roseland, NE 68973). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital or ACS Hope Lodge, Omaha, NE.
