He is survived by: his children, Julie Oakeson (Dave), Cary (Lisa) of Springfield, Tim (Sandra) of Wayne and Todd (Sandy) of Shelton; his grandchildren, Kyle, Bret, Drew Oakeson, Matthew, Allison, Maggie Sutton, McKenzie Gomez and Kolby Sutton; his great grandchildren, Quinn, Kendall and Mason Oakeson; and his sister Mary Belle Pfeil of Elkhorn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in his memory to Shelton Public Schools.
