He was predeceased by: his parents, David Dwiggins and Iva Dwiggins (Smith); his siblings, David, Jr. and Bee Mercer; his daughter Deborah Foster; and his grandson Nicholas Foster.
He is survived by: his son David Dwiggins (Janet) of Gibbon; and his grandchildren, Sonie Rathbun (Paul) of Colorado Springs, CO, Travis Foster, Mike Dwiggins (Rebecca) of Washougal, WA and Olivia Rockwell (Ryan) of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Gibbon Heritage Center.
