He is survived by: his wife Barb Phillips of John's Catholic Church; his sister Jeanette Peters of Nikiski, Alaska; his children, Angela Annon of Norton, Timothy Phillips (Michelle) of Wylie, Lynnette Vasey (Michael) of Winston-Salem, N. C. and Trinette Monzon (Troy) of Lincoln, Neb.; his grandchildren, Noah Thomas (Makinsey), Taylynn Annon, Emily Phillips, Barren "Bear" Phillips, Fletcher Vasey, Henson Vasey, Zelda Vasey, Isabell Hain (Josh "Jacob"), Keagan Monzon (Maycee) and Gavin Monzon; and his great grandchildren, Krew Thomas and Kolt Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
