With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gary R. Wuehler of Kearney, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gary left this world on December 3, 2025 at the age of 66, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Gary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gary farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Clarence "Sonny" Wuehler; his brother Thomas Candy; and his stepson Heath Frink. He is survived by: his wife Tammie Wuehler of Kearney; his mother Patricia Wuehler Candy (Campbell) of Kearney; his sister Patty Smith (Jerry) of Fairbury; and his stepchildren, Darci Williams (Noah) of Odessa and Christine Allen (Derek) of Kearney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (3610 6th Ave, Kearney, NE 68845). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
