He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hinrichsen and Anna Hinrichsen (Hemstrom); his wife Delila L. Gewecke; his siblings, Ray Hinrichsen, Floyd Hinrichsen (Marge), Wilmer Hinrichsen (Fern) and Phyllis Richardson (Norman); his siblings-in-law, Louie Ropers, Alan Brecht, Rick Gewecke and Linda Marzolf (Bob); and his nephews, Matt Brecht and Keith Hinrichsen.
He is survived by: his daughter Amber Hinrichsen of Kearney; his siblings, Dean Hinrichsen of Overton, Lucille Moore (George) of Overton and Delores Ropers of Sargent; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jane Hinrichsen of Grand Island, Karen Brecht of Kearney and Ken Gewecke (Kim) of Kearney.
Memorials are suggested to the Peterson Senior Center, the Kearney American Legion Post #52 or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
