We bid farewell to Jeannie L. Zimniak of Kearney, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 10, 2025 at the age of 64. Jeannie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Wayne" Zuerlein and Ellen Ellingson Zuerlein (Mason); and her brothers, Vern and David Ellingson. She is survived by: her sons, Dakota and Zimniak of Nevada; her grandchildren, Natalie of Kearney, Illah of Kearney and Carter Zimniak of Kearney; and her siblings, Sheri Flood (Jim) of Lincoln and Carl Ellingson (Deanne) of Benson, AZ.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the O'Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral Homes and Cremations (4115 Avenue N Pl, Kearney, NE 68847). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
