It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth Lee Jons of Kearney, Nebraska, who passed away on July 9, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jons and Hilda Jons (Vetter); and his siblings, Leroy Jons and Alvera Petersen. He is survived by: his sons, Jerry (Jeanne Jons), Larry (Maxine Jons) and Bob (Pam Jons); and his grandchildren, Sadie, Emma, Ryall, Stacy, Shelbey, Tanner and Jacey. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
The military honors will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
