He was predeceased by: his parents, Hank Stewart and Hope Stewart (Zeigler); his wife Doris; and his daughters, Nancy and Patty Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Hogins (Tim) of Minden and John Stewart (Sheri) of Yorba Linda, CA.; his grandchildren, Amber Gruber of Minden, Keisha Mauler (Tim) of Kearney, Sydney Thompson (Ian) of Colorado Springs, CO, Leah Stewart of Colorado Springs, CO and Jack Stewart of Yorba Linda, CA.; his sister Judy Peterson of Cambridge, NE; his brother-in-law Kenny Jankovitz of Culbertson, NE.; and his great grandchildren, Jessie, Jared, Lilian Gruber of Minden, Trenton, Brynlee, Everleigh Mauler of Kearney and Ashton Thompson of Colorado Springs, CO..
