We bid farewell to Marilyn Y. Lampman of Kearney, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 25, 2025 at the age of 88. Marilyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Marilyn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Marilyn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kotrous and Gladys Kotrous (Fiscus); her sister Norma Strong; and her son Dean Lampman. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Lampman; her daughter Janet Lampman; her granddaughter Angel Schulz (Jensen); and her brother Gordon Kotrous (Joyce). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended relatives.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (3801 Avenue A, Kearney, NE 68847).
