He is survived by: his wife Ellen Paist of Kearney; his children, Jodi Parsons (Tim), Diane Carlson of Kearney and Michael Paist of Kearney; his sister Marialee Hartman of Kearney; his grandchildren, Mandy Farber (C. J.), Lisa Hopkins (Brian), Shelby Parsons (John Cervantes), Matthew Carlson, Nicholas Carlson, Alexis Carlson, Erik Bebb, Jessica Rogers (Colin), Sabrina Speth (Will), Emily Winkelmann (Ian), Brianna Eickhoff and Justice Paist (Jasmen); and his great grandchildren, Hannah Eckhout (Breyden), Macie Farber, Mallorie Hopkins, Kinlie Hopkins, Abigail Bebb, Owen Rogers, Olivia Rogers, Wesley Speth, Wyatt Speth, Gracelyn Speth and Isaac Winkelmann. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
