He is survived by: his son Mark McLeod (Brenda) of Topeka, KS; and his siblings, Joe Hegarty (Connie) of Leesburg, FL and Jean Rine of Beloit, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Omaha National Cemetery (14250 Schram Rd, Omaha, NE 68138).
