He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Kelley and Zelphia Kelley (Billingsley); his wife Jo; his siblings, Paul Kelley and Jo Ann Shannahan; and his son William Whatt Aistrope IV.
He is survived by: his children, Kurt Kelley (Tami) of Omaha, Kristina Homan (Larry) of Glenwood, IA, Everett Aistrope (Kris) of Sierra Vista, AZ, Suzanne Kelley O'Rourke of Mesa, AZ and Michael Kelley (Lindsey) of Kearney; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Isaac, William, Lulie, Railan, Joshua, Erin, Sarah, Sydney, Alex, Finnegan, Samuel and Charlie. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; as well as, many nieces, nephews, extended family.
