He was predeceased by : his father Arden Talbert. He is survived by : his mother Lois Talbert (Nelson) of Kearney; his brothers, Matthew Talbert (Penny) of Minden, Paul Talbert (Shauna) of Kearney and Mark Talbert (Sarah) of Lincoln; and his stepchildren, Kensly Pritchett (Keene), Dennis Dvorak, Mathea Dvorak and Cydney Dvorak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the Kearney Elks Club or to the Kearney First United Methodist Church to be designated to Youth Programs and the Food Bank.
