She was predeceased by: her parents, F. Paul Musil and Arline Musil (Veit); her son Troy Middleswart; and her sister Wanda Fairchild. She is survived by: her husband Gary Slade of Kearney; her daughter Cami Cumblidge of Lincoln; and her brother Rick Musil (Carolyn) of Heath, TX. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the O'Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral Homes and Cremations (4115 Avenue N Pl, Kearney, NE 68847).
