He is survived by : his wife Carrol Supanchick of Hazard; his children, Thomas Supanchick of Hazard, Mike Supanchick of Hazard and Peggy Franzen (Barry) of Ottumwa, IA; and his brother-in-law Richard Petrytus of Phoenix, AZ.
