He was predeceased by: his mother Ida Mae Keller; and his wife Donna. He is survived by: his sister Carla Placzek of Chicago, Illinois; his nephew Nicholas Jones (Amy) of San Francisco, California; and his girlfriend Carol Carlson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
