He is survived by: his mother Opal Bullard; his stepparents, Opal Feeney (Tom) of Maxwell, NE and Dean Rankin (Cathy) of Wichita, KS; his siblings, Kyle Rankin (Nicole) of Wichita, KS, Anthony Feeney (Erin) of Gretna, NE, Andrew Feeney (Courtney) of Kearney, NE, Aaron Feeney of Maxwell, NE and Brittany Feeney of North Platte, NE; his stepsiblings, Lauren Damman of Wichita, KS, Henry Damman (Samantha) of Wichita, KS and Taylor Bell of Garden Plain, KS; and his grandmother Frieda Dobbeke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
