He is survived by: his wife Tammy Neill; his stepchildren, Mindie Phillips, Raymond Phillips, Shaun Phillips and Rose Phillips; his grandchildren, Zane, Jasper, Maci and Kyra; and his siblings, Nancy Monroe, Dennis Neill, Cindy Temple, Jackie and Terry Kellogg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
