She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Pinneo and Goldie Pinneo (Bumgarner); her sons, Gary and Timmy Simpkins; her brother Virgil Pinneo; her daughter-in-law Sheri Simpkins; and her siblings-in-law, Patty Simpkins, Beverly Radcliffe and Bruce Flack.

She is survived by: her husband Eugene Simpkins of Kearney; her children, Gene Simpkins (Julie) of Kearney, Kathy Shearer (Mike) of Kearney, Lila Simpkins of Kearney, Jennifer Deboer of Kearney and Dale Simpkins of Oregon; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Pinneo, Geraldine Flack, Larry Simpkins (Janet) and Marvin Simpkins. She is also survived by great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
