He was predeceased by : his parents, James E. Mitchell and Betty Mitchell (Luedeman); and his half-sister Sandy Pearson. He is survived by : his wife Sherry Mitchell of Kearney; his sons, Cory Mitchell of Kearney and Jake Mitchell (Renee) of Lompoc, CA; and his grandson Logan Mitchell of Lompoc, CA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the O'Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral Homes and Cremations (4115 Avenue N Pl, Kearney, NE 68847).
