He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis G. Strauss and Gertrude E. Strauss (Sessions). He is survived by: his brother John Strauss (Audrey) of Lexington; his sibling's children, Monica Heineman (Kyle) of Johnson Lake and Dan Strauss (Stacy) of Lexington; and his great-nephews, Gavin, Greysen and Gage Strauss.
