She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Sheen and Bessie Sheen (Ingram); her former spouse C. Evert Schroer; her husband Reuben Jones; her siblings, Russell Sheen (Rosalie) and Helen Woodward (Lowell); her grandson Adam Nowlen; and her son-in-law Jack Robson (Woodrow Miller).
She is survived by: her children, Randy Schroer (Jere Sue) of Kearney, Lynette Vickstrom (David) of Burns, OR, Tanya Robson of Minden, Sheena Raasch (Kevin) of Storm Lake, IA and Shawna Anderson (Steve) of McCook. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Horner Lieske McBride & Kuhl Funeral and Cremation Services (2421 Avenue A, Kearney, NE 68847). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (3801 Avenue A, Kearney, NE 68847).
In lieu of flowers, Memorials are suggested to St. James Catholic Church.
