He was predeceased by: his mother Maxine Deckard (Ford); and his stepmother Lillian McKain (Hansen). He is survived by: his father Kenneth D. Deckard of Tekamah; and his siblings, Tom Deckard of Omaha, Ron Deckard (Gina) of Omaha, Wayne Deckard (Vicki) of Blair, Deb McKain (Larry Yingling) of Blair and Terry Wulf of Blair. He is also survived by 5 nieces; 5 nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews.
