He is survived by: his wife Ashley; his children, MaKenna and Jax; his parents, Matthew and Carla; his siblings, Katie Medina (John), Chelsie Autrey (Jordan), Vanessa DeWitt (Caleb), Kayla, Shelby, J. C. and Kyle; his grandmother Wanda Madden; his in-laws, Rick, Janice Henderson, Rebekah Steele (Tony), Hannah Snyder (Dillon), Ruth Goertzen (Casey), Patrick Schnell (Brandie), Arich Knaub and Sara Erlenbusch (Keith); his uncle Michael; and his grandparents, Lawerence Haug, Leland Thurin and Barb Thurin. He is also survived by cousins and foster siblings.
