He is survived by: his wife Constance Rebein; his sons, Chris (Kristy) and Bob (Katie); his grandchildren, Kenna (Tyler Magninie), Mitch, Aubrey, Britton, Cashlyn and Decker; his siblings, Linda McGinnis of Kimball, Charles Culek (Eileen) of Kimball, Jim Culek (Denice) of Kimball, Beth Johnson of Pittsburg, KS. and Paul Culek (Judy) of Cheyenne, WY; and his caregiver Carrie Young Zamora.
Joe will be remembered for his unwavering work ethic, his deep love for family, and his lasting contributions to the Kimball community.
