He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Belgum and Bernadine Belgum (Herald); and his siblings, Lee Belgum, Keith Belgum, Gordon Belgum, Maryanne Belgum, Deanne Belgum and Alan Belgum.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Esplin, Tracy Rink and James Belgum; his daughter-in-law Lesley; his siblings, Dianne Pruitt (Jim), Barbara Vaughn (Dale), Donna Shroyer, Brett Belgum (Toni) and Lyle Belgum (Jody); and his grandchildren, Wyatt Esplin (Bri), Aidan Rink, Cassady Belgum (Nate), Cameron Belgum and Kyra Rink.
