He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Paulsen and Norma Paulsen (Nelson); his son James Paulsen of Kansas; his stepsons, Gary Devlin (Kim) of Papillion and Eric Devlin (Jennifer) of Frisco, TX.; his grandchildren, Eric Devlin (Courtney), Joseph Devlin (Jessica), Sarah Devlin, Garrett Devlin and Caleb Devlin; his siblings, Dale Paulsen (Terry) of Blair and Deanna Jensen of Blair; his wife Sharon F. Paulsen (Howell) of La Vista, NE.; his brother Darryl; his sister-in-law Sandra Paulsen; his nephew David Paulsen; and his brother-in-law Curtis Jensen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Paulsen family, later going to Boy Scout Troop 143 in Blair, NE.
