She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Legband and Dorothy Legband; her siblings-in-law, William Vacek, Joe Tobin, Tom Frederickson, Anna Vacek and Maryann Littrell; and her great-nephew Levi Warner.
She is survived by: her husband John Vacek; her children, Matthew Wierman (Christi) and Amber Vacek (Nick Estle); her grandchildren, Realynn, Jake and Lacey; her siblings, Sharon Jenkins and Kevin Legband; and her siblings-in-law, Bernard Vacek Jr., Dennis Vacek (Ingrid), Paul Vacek (Judy), Larry Vacek (Debbie), Mark Vacek (LInda), Jeannette Warner, Rosemarie Tobin, Anita (Chuck) and Sheila Frederickson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bethany Funeral Home & Cremation Service (8201 Harrison St, La Vista, NE 68128). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
