He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Clark and Sadie Clark; and his former wife Janet Jo Clark (Loftis). He is survived by: his wife Nancy C. Clark; his children, David Clark (Cheryl) and Joy Clark; his stepchildren, Steve, Lyn, Scott and Staci Prusia; and his brother Bob Clark (Cheri). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren.
