He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Janousek and Helen Janousek; his son Dennis Janousek; his siblings, Ralph Janousek and Toni Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Delores Janousek and Moe Lamplot.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. Janousek; his son David Janousek; his grandchildren, Drew Janousek (Cassi), Shane Janousek, Lyndsey Janousek and Michael Janousek (Aubrey); his great grandchildren, Levi, Nash, Milo and Jack; and his siblings, Charles Janousek and Bernie Lamplot. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Memorials may be directed to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church for Masses in honor of Jerome S. Janousek.
