She was predeceased by: her father Robert Forsythe Sr.; and her parents-in-law, Elden and Lucille Hamata. She is survived by: her mother Catherine Forsythe of Medina, OH; her husband Stanley Hamata Sr.; her children, Nathaniel Roberts (Jessica) of Pulaski, WI, Stanley Jr. Hamata (Gina) of Papillion, NE, Emily Dexter (Joshua) of Grand Island, NE, Joseph Hamata of Chicago, IL, Kristin Aylward (Connor) of Lincoln, NE and Rebecca Lundak (Peter) of Longmont, CO; her grandchildren, Logan, Abigail Roberts, Gabriella, Dominic, Vera Hamata, Madison, Ellen Dexter, Kennedy, Ada, Baby Aylward and Robin Lundak; her brothers, Robert Jr. Forsythe (Lynn) and Stephen Forsythe (Paula); and her brother-in-law Elden Hamata (Cindy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Korisko Larkin Staskiewicz Funeral Home (5108 F St, Omaha, NE 68117).
