He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Dirks and Verna Dirks; and his sister Geraldine Quick (Dirks). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Naomi Bruttig (Andrew), Seth Dirks (Nicole) and Rebeccah Bradley (Tray); his grandchildren, Isabella, Trenton, Tyson Dirks, Barrett and Bennett Bradley; and his siblings, Jerry Dirks (Sharon) and Brad Dirks (Marian).
