He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Schreiber Jr. (Reitmeyer); his wife Shelley Schreiber; his son Chad Schreiber (Eva); his granddaughter Sedona; his daughter Wendy Kuester (Dennis); his granddaughters, Avery and Aspen; his daughter Kristin Mullenhoff (Ryan); his grandson Jackson; and his siblings, Jerry Schreiber (Mary Ann) and Colleen Kapels (Keith). He is also survived by Brother.
