She was predeceased by: her parents, William Foreman and Thelma Foreman (Rawson); her husband Wayne; her son Tony Cacek; her sister Bernice Koller (LeRoy); her niece Jody Koller; her brother Charlie Foreman; her parents-in-law, Eugene and Wilma Cacek (Goracke); her brother-in-law Gaylord Thomas; and her nephew Brett Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, LaRita Sudik (Charlie) of Virginia and Kenneth Cacek; her child-in-law Laurie Cameron of Summerfield; her son Eugene Cacek (Katrinka) of Firth; her grandchildren, Garrett Cacek, Lane Cacek and Justin Cacek; her stepgrandchildren, Dean Sudik (Heather) and Diana Jacobsen (Mark); her brothers, Bob Foreman (Phyllis) and Burt Foreman (Linda); and her sister-in-law LaDonna Thomas (Cacek). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Evergreen Home Cemetery in Beatrice in care of the mortuary.
