He is survived by: his significant other Teresa Cook of Lexington; his children, James Maxcy of Lexington and Katherine Alvarado (Joseph) of Lexington; his granddaughters, Aleyna and Ivy of Lexington; his siblings, Herald "Spanky" Maxcy of Bayard, Alfretta Claver (Gene) of Bayard, Jim Maxcy of Ogallala, Tim Maxcy (Sue) of Gering, David Maxcy (Kathy) of Ogallala, Jill Kildow (Rich) of Bayard, Jon Maxcy (Rhonda) of Bridgeport and Gale Kubiak (Jack) of New Mexico; and his brother-in-law Perry Cook of Lemoore, California. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
