He is survived by: his wife Consuelo Carrasco; and his children, Guillermo, Fredy, Salvador, Lilia and Leticia Vargas Carrasco. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
