She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Sprague and Marie Sprague (Heye); her husband Bill; her brother Harold "Bud" Sprague; and her great-nephew Jeff Landen.

She is survived by : her nephews, Larry Sprague, Kevin Sprague and Randy Sprague; her children, Nick (Jo Ann) of Kearney, Brent (Connie) of Lexington and Ann of Lexington; her grandchildren, Braden Smets of Shelton, Aaron (Tina Smets) of Kearney, Kyle Smets (Ana Montes), Trevor (Jordan Smets) of Waukee, Hannah Smets of Papillion and Colby (Bear Smets) of Tariffville, Connecticut; her great grandchildren, Justin, Jordan, Missy, Crystal, Miah Smets, Jaiden Nickerson and Baby Smets; her sisters, Jo McCoy of Fort Collins and Janet Larsen of Loomis; and her sister-in-law Ellen Garretson (Stan) of Smith Center. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, many friends.
