He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelita Salinas and Antonio Salinas; his wife Carol; his siblings, Nicholas Salinas, Tony Salinas and Alice Bellinger; and his son-in-law Paul Duncan.

He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Duncan (Paul), Kathy Salinas (Stacey) and Lucinda Bugbee (Troy); his grandchildren, Kayla Barker (Vincent), Collin Bugbee (Nyla), Maria Duncan (Dayton) and Elli Bugbee; his great grandchild Blaise Bugbee; and his siblings, Alex Salinas, Helen Perez, Suzie Salinas, Dora Mocada and Mary Ruth Nelsrud.
