He is survived by: his wife Susan of Lincoln; his children, Dr. Samantha Mack (Bryan) of Denver and Russell (Catherine) of Vail, Colorado; his grandchildren, Savannah, Claire and Hudson; his brother Jack (Sheryl) of Omaha; and his sister-in-law Sally Russell of Cataldo, Idaho. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
