He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kraus and Christina Kraus; his wife Pat; his daughter Marcia Bice; his grandson Garson Kraus; and his daughter-in-law Kathi Kraus.

He is survived by: his children, Vicci Eddings and Gary Kraus; his son-in-law Marvin Bice; and his grandchildren, Sam Eddings, Chance Eddings, Cheyene Ralston (Bice), Cody Bice, Chelsea Swolensky (Kraus), Tasha Fifer and Lucas Kendle. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
