She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles Herbert; her husband Dale; and her daughter Joni Simons. She is survived by: her sons, David Herbert (Lisa) of Lincoln, NE, Jim Hardwick (Sharon) of Helena, MT and Mike Hardwick (Jane) of Mantorville, MN; and her brother Erling Place. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren and new great-granddaughter.
