She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Bills and Jessie Bills (Brown); her husband Robert; her daughter Cathy Roach; and her siblings, Neola Cody, Donna Love and Wayne Bills.
She is survived by: her children, Sue, David and Lynn; and her grandchildren, Stacy Jester, Carissa Kluck, Joshua Love, Jennifer Wiles (Chad), Jason Eisenman (Runeta) and Zachary Love. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
