It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benjamin Martin of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Beemer, Nebraska, who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lorin Martin and Emma Martin (Hoefs); his siblings, Gene Martin and Marian Dennis; his brothers-in-law, Warren Dennis and Bill Cohee; his niece Mary Martin; and his nephew Dr. James "Jim" Martin.
He is survived by : his wife Regina "Ginger" of King's Ballroom; his siblings, Dennis Martin (Julie), Susie Cohee and Gayle Holtz (Norbert); his sister-in-law Irene Martin; his children, Kim Benson (Bill), Jeff Martin (Donna), Steve Martin (Simone), Jeanne Martin, Mike Martin (Viann), Shannon Carroll (Doug), Joni Duncan, Julie Melena (Pat) and Jill Bessmer (Chris); and his daughter-in-law Jill Ruskamp (Randy). He is also survived by 37 grandchildren and their spouses; and 46 great-grandchildren.
