We bid farewell to Bernard Mullen in Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Wewela, South Dakota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 15, 2024 at the age of 87. Bernard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mullen and Margaret Mullen (Gierau); his son John; his wife Nona; and his sister Martha Peters.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Mullen; his grandchildren, Kerstin Mullen-Bagby of Lincoln and Brandon Mullen-Bagby (Melissa Lee) of Silverton, OR; his great grandchild Ruby Lee of Silverton, OR.; his sisters, Bernadette "Bernie" Skrivan and Marcella Bohart-Wills; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Skrivan and Jess Wills. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
