She was predeceased by: her parents, William Witham and Ruth Witham (Bishop); her husband Bill; her son Eric Franzen; her grandson Eric Franzen; and her brothers, Kenneth, Lyle and Gerald Witham.

She is survived by: her children, Michelle Albers (Grant) of Sioux Falls, SD, Daniel Franzen of Lincoln and Neil Franzen (Christy) of Lincoln; and her grandchildren, Allison Conzemius, Petra, Katie Conzemius of Sioux Falls, SD, Rebecca of Lincoln, Hailey of Lincoln, Holden of Lincoln, James of Lincoln, Christopher of Lincoln, Danae Franzen of Lincoln and Kena Cox of Lincoln. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
