With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty J. Yant of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Wilber, Nebraska, who passed away on July 17, 2025 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty J. Yant to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Yant; her children, Seth Yant (Lori), Mitchell Homolka (Tammy), Karie Etter (Jeff), Eric Homolka (Tiffany), Roger Yant, Jr. (Kelly) and Ananda Kyle (Kenny); her grandchildren, Sawyer Yant, Colton, Calen Homolka, Kyle, Braden Dey, Zach (Amy), Caleb Homolka, Bellamy Yant, Bryson Kniss (Sam), Grier and Cooper Kyle; her great grandchildren, Waylon Dey and Maeve Kniss; and her sisters, Barb Bruce (Tom) and Kathy Kinney (Bill).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Saint John's Catholic Church (7601 Vine St, Lincoln, NE 68505).
Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
